For orders in Vietnam, FREE STANDARD SHIPPING when you spend over 900,000! Orders under 900,000 are a flat rate charge of 35,000 VND for standard shipping.

Processing Time

The processing time takes 6hours to process and pack your order. The processing time will be extended to 1 day if it’s holidays or sale seasons.

Delivery Time

We aim to have all Vietnam orders shipped the same day if placed before 3:00 pm. We use GHTK services which take about 2 to 3 next business days delivery within the capital cities and major cities. Regional areas outside the main area may take 4-6 business days.

We offer the same business day delivery service with Grab / Ahamove for most districts in HCM city with Express Shipping Rates Only! Eligible orders can be delivered between 3-6 pm the same business day if ordered before 11:00 am that day. Orders placed after this time or over a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Please note, districts that have a higher shipping rate than our estimated Express Shipping Rates will be charged additionally.

If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

For orders outside of Vietnam, the shipping fee will be calculated due to the weight of the total products. The estimated shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page as your reference.

Processing Time

The processing time for worldwide orders is 1-2 days for us to prepare and ship out your package. The shipping fee will be updated with the tracking number if the fee is higher/lower than the estimated shipping fee.

Delivery Time

We aim to have all worldwide orders shipped after 24 hours. We use USPS for standard shipping (10-15 days) and DHL service for express shipping (5-7 days). The tracking number will be sent out after 48hours.
